They are so cheap to provide heat

Pros:
KEEPS it clean, used to response on Saturdays too.
Cons:
They don't heat at all, besides early morning. Even after complaining they don't heat while the hallways are warm. Low water pressure, old building causes lead in water, they don't paint yearly, doesn't fix broken cabinets in the kitchen.
Advice to owner:
Don't be cheap in heating, and fix water leakage and fix old fixtures that causing mice comes in the warmer weather.
