Roach and bed bug infested apartment

Pros:
Clean hallways and lobby
Cons:
I came here without any furniture, now my home infested with roaches and bedbugs.
Lot of cracks in the building and bad bathroom gets clogged frequently.
Advice to owner:
Remove all cracks.
Provide extermination’s service regularly
Improve plumbing systems
Fix windows
