Think Twice Before
Former Tenant
Pros:
You don't have to worry about building maintenance and garbage take-out. That's one of the reasons why you would live in an apartment.
Cons:
-Barely to NO water pressure in the building as per multiple tenants. Super does not do anything about it.
-Superintendent is extremely rude, not responsive; he comes up whenever he feels like with no notification of time or date.
-Always some sort of elevator issue in this building; no notice of time or date.
-It seems like the Management Corp. does not really care or know how to "manage". You call them for issues and only knows to send the Super when clearly the super does not know what he is doing.
-
Advice to owner:
-Management Property Owner should learn to properly manage especially on the Superintendent.
-Superintendent needs better people skills, reduce ill manners, and go to a proper maintenance course.
