Family Friendly Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Awesome live-in super and staff on site - quick to fix any issues you have! Pet-friendly building and neighborhood, everyone picked up after themselves. Hallways/common spaces are always super clean. Everyone in building is friendly.
Cons:
Neighbor upstairs make stomping, yelling and furniture moving noises at least once a week, but this might just be an isolate case and only last for a few minutes. I live on a lower floor facing the street, so there are some annoying traffic noises. I usually close my Windows and that helps to block out sound. Will turn on white noise if there’s a party/bbq going on across the street in the summer (they usually end by midnight).
Advice to owner:
Offer some sort of building-wide meeting or online group so we can build community by communicating with the rest of building’s tenants to plan events, share resources, or trade/give away household items.
