    Non professionals that never care for tenants needs.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep your tenants happy, especially the ones that pay rent on time.

    Elevator, heat, secure entrance, and mailroom.
    Cons:
    Roaches galore, smelly hallways, and everything is dirty.
