Uninhabitable, unsafe environment

Pros:
Spaceish, cold water works
Cons:
If you like hidden cameras and your neighbors stalking you at your job then rent here. The neighbors will call the cops on you for absolutely nothing. The security is horrible, their are immense cyber intrusions, and sexual harassment coming from the neighbors that also live inside the building.
Advice to owner:
Live and let live stop taking advantage of people that has know acknowledgement of your perverse ways. Be attentive and fix the electrical issues within the building. Foresee, over the tenants that you rent too.
