Another worst landlord

Pros:
Near transportation and shops
Cons:
The landlords name is Olam with a brother named Murshid. The whole building is a slum with exposed wiring and bedbugs. The rooms are illegally renovated to be like third world slums. The whole place is a nightmare to live in.
Advice to owner:
Get your act together. Follow the law and stop swindling people out of money with a poor quality rental.
