No heat being given the last couple of days

Apartments are spacious
Cons:
No heat, noisy neighbors and now lack of ty
Advice to owner:
Give some Heat!!

Not bad for long term tenants, too expensive for new tenants

Clean, good maintenance, good landscaping, mixed cultures.
Cons:
Poor heat, loud music & neighbors on summer weekends, dog poop, mixed cultures. Some buildings bricks have not been cleaned, looks BAD
Advice to owner:
Enforce no radio rules in quad locations. Enforce no loud music from windows & terraces.
