    Unfair would never change
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Neighbors are friendly
    Cons:
    The owner is very condescending illegal repairs when he does repairs. Want to raise rent over 5 percent which is common practice. Treats good tenants like crap!
    Advice to owner:
    Please appreciate your good tenants rather than have them move for others that won't pay rent.
