    Pros:
    It's a rent stabilized building. That's about it.
    Cons:
    Maintenance team is lazy and unresponsive. Building is dirty. Multiple open security issues that are not acknowledged by landlord. Dishonest leasing practices.
    Advice to owner:
    They wouldn't listen anyway.
