    Nice area but building needs improvement

    Pros:
    Close to train station, buses. Lots of food options around. Neighbors are friendly
    Cons:
    Pest infestation roaches and rats. Super doesn’t fix issues in A m timely manner. Lots of construction going on weekdays
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the pest issues
