it's in a quiet neighborhood
Cons:
management, outdated appliances, old floors, thin walls, terrible insulation and hate, single windows, no ACs, superintendent, heavily overpriced and it's rent stabilized building yet they have "deregulated" apartments where they hike the rent and not worth it. Low ene
Advice to owner:
Make it more affordable and worth living in for the astronomical prices you charge and TURN THE HEAT ON AND help with ACs in the summer
