Pests in building

Pros:
Great size rooms. Heat works well ( can get too hot) noise level isn’t crazy at all.
Cons:
PESTS. I’ve been killing roaches since I got here and I have to wait a couple weeks for the site exterminator.
Advice to owner:
Exterminator is need to be going by the floor and taking care of this.
