One of the best buildings around the area
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super of the building is fast and responsive.
Staff are very great and helpful.
Building is always clean. No rats. No cockroaches.
Security cameras and doorman on weekdays.
Not many pet owners.
Very safe for kids.
Street parking is available for the most time.
Cons:
Pricey.
Rude management.
Not the best laundry and drying machines.
Advice to owner:
Hire a better staff in the management with a better demeanor.
Renew the laundry and drying machines.
