GREAT building and services.

Pros:
Super is always on site and reachable at all times. The property obviously isn't "brand new" but is very well taken care of.
Cons:
Pest Control might be an issue if you are not good with bugs.

Pros:
The location of the building is great. Hallways and entryway very clean. Quiet building. Elevator always working. Has garage, laundry in basement. Hardwood floors.
Cons:
The super is not responsive. The apartment was horribly and poorly painted. Cracks in plaster all over kitchen walls. Super will do nothing unless he gets something extra on the side.
Advice to owner:
Do your job.

Pros:
The building is in perfect condition and the common areas are always kept spotless. The neighbors are polite, I was surprised at first to see people smiling and starting small chats at the elevator, and at least in my floor I’ve never heard anything. You would feel lucky to live here.
Cons:
The super is not always very responding but since everything works so well you will hardly need him.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work !
