Co-op and owner difficulties
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super does a great job; heat was sufficient; building kept on top of pest control for most part
Cons:
Experienced harassment from neighbor where had to call 911 on several occasions; owner was initially very nice and seemed responsive but ultimately did not make repairs where there was leaking water constantly; building often shut off water or power with short or no notice
Advice to owner:
Repairs should be made when necessary
