    - Chill landlord
    - Good neighbors
    - Friendly super
    - Convenient neighborhood
    Cons:
    - Dirty hallways
    - The basement needs a deep clean
    Advice to owner:
    It would be great if the hallways and basement are regularly cleaned and painted!

    Great location, chill landlord, reasonable price, bug/rodents free building, respectful neighbors
    Cons:
    The super is extremely hard to reach, windows and doors are old and need to be changed
    Advice to owner:
    Tell the super to answer his phone
