    Pros:
    Landlord is easy to deal with.
    Cons:
    Selfish neighbors in 1st floor apartment (noisy and parking space savers). Some noisy ones next door sometimes.
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t rent to trashy loud people who aren’t considerate of their neighbors.
