Glad I Got Out ASAP

Pros:
No pros honestly.
Cons:
The super was unpleasant to deal with. The apartment building has horrible pest control and they are aware they have bed bugs but just try to get rid of them quietly and ineffectively. The neighbors are gross and they steal packages regularly. It's far from public transportation and the noise from the racing around the highway messes with your sleep.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade the apartments and get rid of pest aka bed bugs

location to buses/transit lines, not bad size apt for two people, super is really nice
Cons:
old, dirty, no maintenance completed in common areas, roaches everywhere even with their monthly “exterminator” visits, landlord doesn’t fix anything that they aren’t legally obligated to, if you live facing bqe you have bqe dust blowing into your open windows all day, plus the noise from the drag racers at
