    Not worth the price (2nd floor)

    Pros:
    Quiet neighborhood, no more
    Cons:
    Bad landlords never fix nothing (“newly renovated house” ) super cold , no smoke detectors, water leaks, humid walls never fixed, $2300 rent and ask for more during pandemic, landlords make first floor neighbors move after 10 years.
    Advice to owner:
    Listen to who’s paying $2300 rent on day every month!
