    Nice living in good neighborhood

    Pros:
    There is a nice garden and backyard. You are the only tenant and basically own the space. Great neighborhood. Amazing landlord.
    Cons:
    You have to dump garbage, clear the snow, and do everything else as you are the only tenant in the property.
