Overall okay for the price
Pros
I liked the super he was super nice and responsive. The building was relatively good on noise level except for a neighboring family in the building across from me that would get into crazy fights every single night.
Cons
Walls are very thin. Luckily My neighbor with a share wall wasn’t too loud but if you were in a certain bedroom that shared their bedroom wall you could literally hear them snore
Advice to the owners
I think the owners changed since I moved
