    ICEBOX UNBEARABLE COLD NO HEAT

    Pros:
    Location. Very nice diverse neighborhood
    Cons:
    I lived here for 4 miserable years . My kids and I Froze our ass off during those years . Called landlord office various times about this and basically got strung along but nothing changed still no heat . To say freezing cold is one thing but when you literally can’t even walk barefooted on your floor from the ache of the cold it’s horrid . Speaking to other people in building this wasn’t just my apartment . As well as Ethan the building manager was rude and condescending on numerous occasions . It’s a bit of a tough pill to swallow when you’re paying 1800 + a month and getting no heat .
    Advice to owner:
    Participate in some customer service workshops. Insulate apartments better because obviously since you don’t reside there you don’t care. Return key deposits to tenants when key is returned . Years later I’m still waiting for refund and yet still being strung along by Ethan jamron . Totally unprofessional wiseass! I regret not asking for interest on my deposit back .
