I’m sorry but there’s nothing sweet about this building
Pros
The safety is great, front door have a code lock and a regular lock.
Cons
Full of roaches and mice, electricity comes and goes, hot water comes and goes, in the winter time the heat doesn’t work, one of the front doors is broken, wires in the back yard coke and are zip tie to the house. I could keep going.
Advice to the owners
Keep more responsible and take care of your building. It’s not the tenants job to fix things, it’s yours. Tenants just have to take care of it.
