    It is just alright
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    -Convenient location (only 3 minute walk to M/R train)
    -Lots of food/store options nearby
    -Good neighborhood with good people
    Cons:
    -On Queens Blvd so there will be noise, especially sirens
    -The 1st floor and basement do get roaches, mainly during summer, exterminator comes by once a month but you'll see them especially in the basement.
    Advice to owner:
    Get better pest management?
