So Far So Good
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Garbage is managed well
-Exterminator comes twice a month
-Great light
-Neighbors are quiet
-Beautiful wood floors
-New appliances
-Beautiful crown molding
Cons:
-Elevator has been out of service 3 times this year alone
-The hallways on individual floors could use a good scrubbing. Lobby is neat and tidy, but hallways are not.
-Can’t control heat in individual units and it gets
VERY hot
Advice to owner:
Update the elevator, last time it was out for a long weekend and there are people in the building with walkers and baby carriages. They can’t have an unreliable elevator.
