Terrible Living Conditions at 6454 Booth Street

Cons:
This building is very old and poorly maintained. The walls and floors are extremely thin — you can hear everything your neighbors do. Unfortunately, there’s a family living in unit 2B who are extremely loud. Their kids are constantly stomping and shouting, and the parents don’t make any effort to control the noise.
Furthermore, the landlord (Avi) was very reluctant to return my security deposit. He only agreed to give it back after I told him I would report him to the authorities. That experience alone was stressful and unprofessional.
If you’re looking for a peaceful place to live with a responsible landlord, 6454 Booth Street is not it. Between the noise, the thin walls, and the landlord issues, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
