    Maybe the new owners will make it better

    Pros:
    The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, and traveling.
    Cons:
    Very poor upkeep with a lazy building super. Poor building management. Not so clean. Thin walls. Noisy street when others can be so quiet! Expensive rent for what you get!
    Advice to owner:
    Put in a better super and put some money into the building.
