So happy to live here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well let me start off by saying that the super of this building is an amazing person. He takes his job seriously. He is always available when you call him and he gets the job done. The building is always kept clean and when the winter comes the super and his helper are the first ones outside removing the snow so that tenant don’t have to walk over it. There is good heat, good water pressure and hot water at all times. The neighborhood is great.
Cons:
The only thing that I would have liked to have was a video Intercome in my apt so that I can see who is ringing the intercom. And would have liked to see l.e.d. Lighting in the building which would make the hallways look much brighter.
Advice to owner:
Don’t ever let your superintendent leave. Lol. He is an amazing super. My sister and my cousin both live in different buildings one in Manhattan and in Queens and they are looking to move to this building because of the lack of work that the super does Very dirty building and when something is wrong in the apts he is always busy. And he never smiles.
