Good location but poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location, parking available, reasonable price
Cons:
Poor management, the super is too old to handle normal maintenance of the building, the apartment will have many things do not work even when you just move in and it took management company forever to repair them, one side of the building facing LIRR, pest control of the building is poor
Advice to owner:
Improve your management, get a new super
