the porters and door staff are the very best...they will go out of their way to help and frankly they are the ones that get things done.. The super is hard to reach, has banker hours, and is basically a title and nothing more... its a shame because the previous super Christian was AMAZING, this guy doesnt respond to anything, he is like a ghost for the most part

my have lived here since the 70's.... people envied living here back then..it has since become progressively worse as the years go by... leak everywhere in the corridors to the elevators, basement not kept clean, laundry rooms a mess, slow to never response times, mice waterbugs...and worst of all they are renting to homeless people with zero screening and its becoming project like, the hanging out in the parks drinking etc... its truly disgusting.
Advice to owner:
CLEAN UP AND GET THIS PLACE BACK TO WHAT IT USED TO BE

The kitchens are very outdated. And depending of your contract management raises the rent 8%-9% per year.
