    Building History of bad Management

    Pros:
    Great neighborhood great neighbors
    Cons:
    Roach infested through and through. Top to bottom. Shell company for management Owned by leFrak who doesn’t care about any tenant
    Advice to owner:
    Gut the building Exterminate and maintain entire building including garage
