    Good apartment building but with issues
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very clean
    Amazing super
    Water gets hot fast and doesn’t run out
    Heat is good in the winter
    Cons:
    Only real con is roaches in my apartment once a week.
    The pest control also is sort of a joke. The guy comes once a month and puts baits that do basically 0
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in better pest control
