    Pros:
    Speak to the property manager (works with landlord), very responsive via text
    Cons:
    One family home converted to a 2 family home. No official bedroom but converted the living room to bedroom. I knew this prior to renting and was okay with it.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work
