    Cute, quiet building, w/o amenities

    Pros:
    Very quiet, you really do not heat your neighbors. Close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and public transport
    Cons:
    The elevator is constantly breaking down. The drying machines leave your clothes smelling like burnt rubber
