    The backyard is nice
    Cons:
    Sewer back ups, faulty plumbing, rats, illegal units, illegal units, small bedrooms, mold, asbestos, cheap appliances and fixtures, disreputable ownership and property management , y permitted construction, shoddy workmanship, awful super
