    Pros:
    Beautiful layout and skylight. Updated fridge and stove. Rare in NYC
    Cons:
    Safety. Neighbor was strange and many people came in and out. There was an attempted break in.
    Advice to owner:
    Cameras in the hallways and entrance. Monitor who is on the lease and who is living in the apt.
