Ceiling leaks Mice in kitchen Noisy cars at the grocery store across the street Water pressure is terrible Building has no insulation so energy costs are high and utilities are not included
Advice to the owners
Invest some more into the building. Fix the leaks in the roof, insulate the building better because the energy bills are through the roof. Add solar panels.
