Avoid this landlord
Pros
The kitchen was spacious... that’s it.
Cons
This building was infested with bedbugs when we moved in. The landlord blamed us for that (and then later admitted that they’d had bedbugs before we moved in). The ‘pest control’ provided was occasional visits from an under qualified kid who literally made a drug deal in our living room. We were here for 6 months through a rough winter during which the landlord went to Hawaii and left the heating off in our building. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Avoid at all costs.
Advice to the owners
Take better care of your tenants? Or... stop being a landlord.
