Clean , quiet and an incredibly kind landlord lives just down the street. Always quickly accommodates any request.
Have seen one or two roaches since moving in been exterminator has been coming monthly since.
Would consider replacing oven as it is very old but otherwise nothing to recommend. Best landlord I’ve had in NYC,
