    Mold, Pests, and no Heat

    Pros:
    Neighbors are nice.
    Cons:
    Management is unresponsive. Mold infestations throughout the building, under floorboards and in the walls. Rent is raised dramatically every year without improvements to building. Rats, roaches, and bed bugs galore! Do not move in, for your own health!
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of the building!

    Pros:
    The other tenants are very friendly.
    Cons:
    The landlord is non responsive. You have to text the super at least 5 times before he even responds. He will arrive a month later only to tell you he cant fix the heat/water/bug problem. The building is filthy and falling apart. All 2nd floor units have leaky ceilings. Roaches galore! Rats and mice! BLACK MOLD! The landlord will gaslight you if you try to complain.
    Advice to owner:
    Listen to your tenants when they complain. And please clean the building.
