    Avoid. There are Much better options in the same area.

    Pros:
    Located in cute area with transportation nearby.
    Cons:
    There’s a vermin and roach problem. Leaky water pipes. Party building with noisy neighbors and strangers coming and going day or night. Broker didn’t disclose full information on living conditions.
    Advice to owner:
    Lots to do to improve your property.
