Neighborhood is nice building not so much and here is why please read my review
Pros
The neighborhood is quiet and there isn’t much to complain about. the neighborhood is pretty safe to walk in
Cons
There is rats running by out of the garbage, theres no heating, honestly if you’re planning to rent here then get used to the cold night because the heating problem is bad also ceiling falling off !!! And if you go in the the building there’s crack in the walls. That building is ticking to when it will crash down …
Advice to the owners
My advice to the property owner is stop being cheap! Check out your tenants if they have heat, also One more have the building renovated if you don’t want any complaint. honestly the living space is a shit show.
