Pros

Helpful during covid, but had to threaten to withhold rent in order to fix anything

Cons

Rooftop access was removed and locked. Landlord not responsive. Building not legal for 3 apartments so wasn’t able to have gas hooked up. Rats not controlled

Advice to the owners

Bring the building up to code!
