    Small but good
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Newer building. Washer/Dryer in basement that was app based so you didn’t have to deal with quarters. Quiet and clean street.
    Cons:
    The walls are thin, I could hear the neighbors having a casual conversation. Rooms are small. Bit of a walk to the nearest subway station.
