I’ve really liked living here. Lots of cool bars and cafes around. The street is relatively quiet and the apartment itself has nice furnishings. Central air is great, beautiful windows, and generally they’ve been pretty responsive when we have any issues
We had an issue with bugs a few years ago but the landlord quickly set up an exterminator that came and the problem went away. The exterminator now comes every 2 weeks.
