Standard Ridgewood spot

Pros

Attentive management, they install AC for you in the summer.

Cons

stairwell/entryway cleanliness, dog poop all over the roof

Pros

It’s location situated between bushwick and ridgewood is great. close to both L and M.

Cons

Move in was a hassle, the management company did not have the unit prepared. The water gets a burn level hot that is dangerous
