Pros:
Renovated unit.
Nice neighborhood. Decent block.
Cons:
Landlord routed entire buildings heating through my unit. Ended up getting back pay on all the overage cost when I found out, but was a headache to deal with. I learned that he was later arrested for some kind of bribery related issue with ConEd.
Had very weird and loud pipes.
Advice to owner:
Be very diligent with your bills and paperwork.
