Great building, great management!
Pros
Landlord is very friendly and responsive. Building is kept clean, laundry in the basement is nice. Haven't had any problems with pests in the 2 years I've lived here. Landlord also only increased by rent by about 3%. For the first 6ish months the laundry still wasn't installed in the building and the landlord had us pay $100 less in rent until laundry was installed. He also mounted my TV for me and put up shelves for storage in the common areas. I've had a really lovely time living here.
Cons
The doors in the common areas can be a little annoying because they don't have door stoppers. Market rate apartments so still pretty expensive for Ridgewood.
Advice to the owners
Door stoppers on the common doors!
