Mostly good. Some troublesome neighbors

Pros:
Building is well maintained and owner is responsive
Cons:
One of the neigbors consistanly uses the hallway as a stoarge area and does not use the garbage cans. I have watched him throw garbage bags on top of the cans without attempting to open the lid and theor them in. Also he will not recycle. Another neighbor has people over and these gatherings spill out into the hallway and the front of the house sometimes until 5am making it hard to sleep
